Image Services consolidation

A claims archive spread across ageing Image Services hardware, with retention obligations that made deletion impossible and no supported upgrade path. Content and its index data were profiled, mapped and moved into a single P8 object store, with annotations and audit history preserved and every document reconciled against the source count.

Banking

Records-managed rollout

An existing P8 estate needed a defensible retention story and a front end business users would actually adopt. IBM Content Navigator was configured against the existing object stores with a records plan built on Enterprise Records, and desk-level training delivered to the teams inheriting it.

Manufacturing

Cross-version upgrade

An engineering drawing repository several versions behind support, running on a deprecated application server. The upgrade was staged side by side so production was never rebuilt in place, with the application repointed at cutover after a rehearsed delta run.
